The release notes for Build 211 are now available. To address your
question, ActivePython Build 211 should be installed after removing
ActivePython Build 210. In point of fact the installer for 211, will
require that you do so.

Changes in the new release include:

- improved documentation set including Python HOWTOs, PEPs and two
  tutorials:
        Dive into Python
        Python For Non-Programmers
  (all available in Microsoft CHM format)
- registry fixes to correctly register ActiveX scripting for ASP,WSH
- an updated version of tcl/tk which corrects a bug in the previous
version in terms of loading resouces
- win32all extensions bug fixes
