For this problem, try reinstalling that version of ActivePython on top of itself. After this, try running the uninstaller again. For this one, if you are getting a command prompt screen for a split second that is closing, try running the installer from a DOS window. This should keep the command prompt open after the installer terminates so you should be able to see what, if any, error messages it is generating.
