I am not using git and when I tried "ruby script/plugin install http://activescaffoldlocalize.googlecode.com/svn/trunk";, it creates a directory called svn in my vendor/plugins instead of activescaffoldlocalize.
I am really trying to achieve formatting of input date formats and the only suggestions in this group (one of the few sources where active scaffold documentation is available) are to use activescaffoldlocalize.
