Field Search in Active Scaffold has been improved.
Also old funcionality to search for some string in each field, and search in
some fields of associations, now you can search date ranges, search for
number with conditions (<, <=, >, >=, = and range), search for some records
in associations (select and multi_select search ui).
Now it's easily extensible, you can add new search ui methods and you can add
a condition_for_#{search_ui}_column to set specific conditions for sql.
