I have 2.1.0 and 2.1.2 rails gems installed. I have tried running both
of them with the same result.

And the topic name I chose is misleading, as I get the same error when
trying to start the server.

I installed Active_scaffold as a plugin. Should I have done so as a
gem? Is Active_Scaffold dependent on any other gems/plugins other than
rails?

In looking at the rails code in the ActionView::Helpers::InstanceTag
module, there is a to_datetime_select_tag method, but I can't find a
datetime_selector method which is referred to by
name_option_for_datetime.rb in active_scaffold/lib/extensions.

Your advice is greatly appreciated.

Tom
