nice design :D the element is not getting the class text-input-big. I thought it was a bug but in frontends/default/views/_form_attribute.rhtml the style is added. So you might double check that or update AS.
BTW each time you update AS it rewrites its classes, and when run (each time the server starts) it rewrites the css in public/ stylesheets/active_scaffold/ so it's allways recommended to keep separated your code from AS, as well as your stylesheets (putting yours in public/stylesheets).
