disclaimer: i'm a newbie. i've turned active scaffold on in one of my controllers (call it 'foos_controller'), by including the line active_scaffold :foo.
i also have an action in the controller: def foobar end i plan to populate this action with some useful stuff and want to invoke it via the url: localhost:3000/foos/foobars yet - when i try to do so, i get the message: Couldn't find Foo with ID=foobars. AS is intercepting and trying to reinterpret what i'm wanting to do. I seem to remember encountering this problem once before and being able to fix it by making sure that I had a view in the app/views/foos directory named foobar.html.erb. but - that doesn't do the job. what am i doing wrong? how do i get to my controller action? thanks, yoram --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "ActiveScaffold : Ruby on Rails plugin" group.
