hi mr.gaffo yes I've tried form_ui= :select but this makes me only have the select menu. As I said, I need the select menu and create action in an text area. that means, if user can not find the information in the select menu, then he can create one.
But, I still do not need the full CURD function, that means I do not need the update and destroy function in my subform.
