I have been experiencing some DOM/JS issues with ActiveScaffold. I
get errors thrown up as JS alerts informing me as best as I can tell
that the DOM is corrupted. The errors are so long that they scroll
off the bottom of the screen - I can rarely read them in their
entirety.

You can see a sample site at http://kotoba.wardosworld.com/ that
exhibits this behavior. It seemingly only appears with deeply (3+)
nested forms. Unfortunotely, the error is not easily reproducible.

I am running Mac OS X 10.5, Safari 3.2.1 (5525.27.1). I can duplicate
similar errors using Aptana's built-in web-browser (albeit, I am not
sure if they are just using Webkit, so this might be a false positive,
as it were).

I am currently trying to reproduce in FIrefox.

The errors, at present, only a minor annoyance; however, I am just
curious if this is a known issue. And if so, are there any work-
arounds?
