In support of the upcomming rails 2.3 release and in reference to
this thread:

I have just pushed out a rails-2.2 branch. What this means:
- Fixes for rails 2.1 go on the rails 2.1 branch
- Fixes for rails 2.2 go on the rails 2.2 branch
- Fixes for rails edge go on master, and if applicable, separate pull
requests should be sent to back port them to previous releases.
Luke, I'm testing out your edge fix and will likely push it soon.
