I believe the latest versions of active_scaffold are kept on git, for rails 2.2 script/plugin install git://github.com/activescaffold/active_scaffold.git -r rails-2.2 for rails 2.1 script/plugin install git://github.com/activescaffold/active_scaffold.git -r rails-2.1
I believe you should be using these instead of the SVN versions. What is stopping you from using calendar_date_select with the latest version of AS that is on github?
