Unfortunately this doesn't seem to work.
I installed the calender_date_select and now I get an error when I try to
load the active_scaffold includes. Here is the error.
I am using the rails-2.2 branch of AS (the edge does not load with rails
2.2) and the latest version of calender select
Here is the line that gives the culprit

<%= active_scaffold_includes %>
