In the above (8 month old) thread a bug in passing options to calendar
selects is mentioned, and does not seem to have been fixed yet. Is
this going to be fixed or do we always need to use the form column
partial as a workaround?
This is what I'd like to use, in fact I'd like to make it the default
setting for calendar_date_select if there's a way to do it:
config.columns[:membership_expires].options = {:time =>
false, :year_range => 0.years.from_now..3.years.from_now}
