AS 2.1 Rails 2.1 Two models: A and B. A HABTM B.
I have a specialized join for an index view and there is a "name" column in both A and B. I want to show A.name, but in a certain case, I am getting B.name. How can I force the query to be generated so that A.name is returned. I tried creating a method on A called "facility_name", have it just return the value of "name" and then putting "facility_name" that into the set of list columns, but that doesn't seem to work. So, in general, how do we disambiguate select columns in AS generated queries.
