I have checked it again, you don't need to add neither 
javascript_include_tiny_mce_if_used nor tiny_mce if using_tiny_mce? with the 
bridge, they are added to active_scaffold_includes.

Also javascript_include_tiny_mce_if_used doesn't exist, is 
include_tiny_mce_if_used in last rails plugin, and it include the 
tiny_mce_init which previously was added with tiny_mce if using_tiny_mce?
