Change it to /images/crm.jpg, or remove all img tag and put the image_tag
rails helper:
<img src="/images/crm.jpg" height="300" />
or
<%= image_tag 'crm.jpg', :height => 300 %>

You must put /images because when you aren't in /controller, for example in
/controller/id, you are trying to get /controller/images/crm.jpg
