I have looking at current code, and really it's the same as override
model_with_named_scope and removing named_scopes_for_collection
I think it's easier becaues it's the same code structure as in plain rails
instead of learning an special language to define what scopes to use. Maybe
it's more flexible, although I'm not sure there are something impossible to
define with named_scopes_for_collection.

Currently named_scopes_for_collection it's not used for find_if_allowed, which
is used for edit, show and delete actions. I think it should use the same
named scopes, it shouldn't be slower becaues it's loading with a primary key,
and it would check the same restrictions as in listing.
