I'm getting a prototype.js syntax error under IE8/rails2.3.5/active_scaffold
rails-2.3. This happens after submitting a search query in a scaffold.
Doesn't seem to matter what I search for or if there are even any records in
the table.

I've tried upgrading to latest stable prototype.js, latest bleeding edge
prototype.js, and I've tried latest rails-2.3 branch and latest master
branch of active_scaffold. The search works, but if you are using a nested
scaffold, perform a search, then click show for any of the results, the
surrounding layout disappears. Any ideas?

Here is the full error dump from IE. This is rails 2.3.5, latest
active_scaffold rails-2.3 branch, and IE8....
