Hi folks, I have validation working on a model, but when that model is invoked as a subform of another controller, the validation doesn't take place. Am I missing something simple?
Example: class Company < ActiveRecord::Base has_many :reports validates_presence_of :name end class Report <ActiveRecord::Base belongs_to :company end The validation of Company name works fine from the Company controller, but when Company is a subform of Report, no validation takes place.
