Hi,

I updated AS recently. However it seems breaking the association column
update, either has_one or belongs_to columns.

For example, model abc belongs_to model xyz. In abc's list, there is a
column for xyz. Click it, you can edit xyz. The expected behavior after
clicking 'update' button is

   1. call on_update.js.rjs, show the row for table xyz
   2. call abc's method row, show the right row for table abc

However, now when calling on_update.js.rjs, it first shows rjs error
"TypeError: new_row is null". Next it shows a super long error, something
like,

$$("#as_12b4e4c0f168c7e806722f024792371d-update-191-form
a.cancel").first().link.close('\n<tr class=\"record \"...............

Can someone please help on the problem?

Thanks,
Richard

P.S. Going through the commit log, this one seems to change the behavior,
http://github.com/activescaffold/active_scaffold/commit/31c7830e0d8f026aa03dc5d2ed6ba4a1a2f3238a.
Not sure if this is the issue.
