It's not an ActiveScaffold issue, it's a CSS issue:
<link src='route/to/your/css' media='print' rel='text/css' />
or with helpers:
<%= stylesheet_link_to 'print', :media => 'print' %>
And in public/stylesheets/print.css define for example:
.active-scaffold .actions {
display: none;
}
