I found it when I could reproduce it. Removing (or moving it out of app/models) app/models/admin/admin.rb should fix it, although Admin::AdminsController won't work, neither models associated with Admin::Admin. Do you need really models in admin namespace? I usually use controllers in admin namespace for admin interface, but no namespaced models.
