I have that problem too!
I am running IIS on XP Professional and FSO does not work at all.
I can't figure it out.
Does FSO come disabled on XP? If so, where can I check if the object is
enabled?

Well I have XP but it is not working on 2000 too..it was working fine on and
then it 
decided not to behave. Any way it is a permission stuff most probably.
