Hello All, Seems to be quite out of the world.. But I want to know whether It is possible to detect whether a computer is connected to internet or not using ONLY HTML (NO client side scripting like javascript, etc.) ONLY AND ONLY HTML. and nothing else.
Any insights would be helpful.
