Hi, I am using http://www.fullcontrol.net Seems it is a perfect selection if you need low prices but many features. They offer dedicated servers installed as virtual machines - e.g. you have full Win2k server at a low price (150-250 depending ont the plan). I have no serious troublse so far (using them 6 for months) - only one confusion with one firewall that stopped my DNS :), but this had been corrected for minutes. So if you prefer to deal with the server on your own take a look.
