Subject: rebuilt server won't run access in process

Help,

We had to rebuild a web server over the weekend due to
someone uploading a Trojan horse virus. (Yeah, just how I
wanted to spend my long weekend)

Everything seems to be back in order except one site which
creates snapshot files using MSAccess in process. If I run
Access locally on the server and manually run the report, I
get the resultant snapshot file no problem, but when I try
to produce a snapshot file from an asp page, I get an error
"The OutputTo action was canceled."

If I then check the performance monitor, Access is still
running in process, and in the event viewer I get an error

"Event Type: Warning
Event Source: MsiInstaller
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1004
Date: 9/3/2002
Time: 10:23:17 AM
User: N/A
Computer: WEB1
Description:
Detection of product
'{00000409-78E1-11D2-B60F-006097C998E7}', feature
'AccessUserData', component
'{8ADD2C98-C8B7-11D1-9C67-0000F81F1B38}' failed. The
resource
'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Access\User
Data' does not exist."

Clearly I have a user rights issue, but I'm not sure where
to turn.

Thanx,

Bob
