-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 The easiest thing to do is it:
Go into Enterprise manager, right click database on source, choose all tasks, detach database. You are now free to copy BOTH (.mdf and .ldf) files to destination server. On destination server right click databases and choose all tasks, choose attach database, browse to your .mdf file. Repeat on source server to put DB back in working order. Viola, you are done. Login fails. /session.asp, line 33 any ideas? thanks Tim ps: Sam, i tryed just using Conn.Open "adpfas", but it requires the username and password to be sent in the conn string, because the interface can only take a limited number of arguments :( - --- You are currently subscribed to activeserverpages as: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe send a blank email to %%email.unsub%% -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP 7.0.4 iQA/AwUBPXenCvnby1cCm2Q8EQKP3wCgh7D/MabP66tvAw2bWDC/6oyDdKMAoO87 JRCvsbwyAc9Q4Xr1WoQIFas1 =3xDc -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --- You are currently subscribed to activeserverpages as: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
