Hi tiffany

you are getting the error because VS.NET tries to contact a webserver (like
IIS) on your laptop in order to create the project.
AFAIK you need a webserver like IIS (i don't know if Personal WebServer
(PWS) runs ASP.NET) in order for it to run.
