Some directorys on our website should only be visible to people who are authorized via a standard database-check (username/password). We have this solution because it would be much to hard to create NT-user-accounts for every new one. With this method it is possible to protect all *.asp files. But the problem is, that it is not possible to protect other files like *doc; *jpg; and so on... And now I thought that Ill use basic Authentification via IIS. And the question now is... Is it possible to change the user who is logged on to the Web-Site without getting a NT-prompt? bye, [Thomas] ------------------------------------------------------------ Wer nichts verndern will, wird auch das verlieren, was er bewahren mchte.
