uninstalled Norton corporate edition, removed site from IIS, deleted all permissions from the parent folder, and then took ownership as administrator. created new website in IIS, and same problem occurs. Not sure what rights I have to grant anymore to make this work.

We have a site which produces snapshot files from MSAccess. sites been working for a year. Client calls today and says he has a problem. We investigate and are getting the above error. MSAccess error '800a09c5' The OutputTo action was canceled. /admin/UpdatePhyto.asp, line 213 line 213 is "oDoCmd.OutputTo 3, "Phyto", "SnapShot Format", Server.MapPath(".") & "\Phytos\" & sFname, False " which of course is trying to write a file. This could be a permission issue, as we have made some changes although not to this site but who knows what might have gone wrong. Problem is we gave iusr_machinename and iwam_machinename full control, and it doesn't help. Any thoughts on where else to look?
