i would say Welke Lullige Klootzak Maakt Mijn Asbak Stuk in dutch. I would mean something like What Son of a Bitch Would Break My Ashtray but then again, even in dutch that shotcut doesn't exist :) besides i can hardly imagine that he meant something like that
