I'm no way a master but...

I've got SAMs teach yourself in 21 days - excellent getting started book.

Wrox Active Server Pages 3.0 - Big , thick and fairly techy. Don't really
use it much but if you read it from cover to cover or if you're planning on
using ASP as your mainstream dev language then it would be very good. It's
got all kinds of advanced information that would normally only come out
through experience.
