It seems you have basic understanding on most critical languages. :)

But do you have the understanding how WEB works ?  
Server Side Processing
Multi-tier(3 tier) applications
and 
at least a very limited knowladge on HTTP.

Then it will be easy for us to tell you exactly where to start .
