Neither of those streaming servers will work on WinME from what I recall.. (never had to install on anything but server OS's)
I've setup live cams from simple to complex and the simplest solution with the most control is a copy of webcam 32, it can do a live stream with java... embed that into a page from wherever you like and your done. You can take the FTP option if you like but still images suck. Choose whatever web server you like, apache or Personal web server. Done for practically nothing. If all this is just for fun.. stuff the rest and slip on over to camarades.com and grab a free copy of their software and have the web page done for instantly.
