reading 'lines' from text files for formatting

hello!

i'm building a really simple site based on reading text files into asp pages. it's all going great! but...

is there a way i can read certain 'variables' into the page from the text files? for example, if i had in my text file:

title=The Need For A New Approach
body=This is where the main body of the text will go. This is where the main body of the text will go. This is where the main body of the text will go. This is where the main body of the text will go. This is where the main body of the text will go.

can i then read them into the page in different places? the reason being that i need the 'title's to be in bold and the 'body' to be in regular.

is there a way to do this???!
