formatdatetime(date, 2)

anyone remember off the top of their heads how to get the date string
formatted like this:

January 1st, 2002

i remember i can use formatdatetime(now) for the numerical date (with
seconds)
or formatdatetime(date) for the 1/1/2002 representation...

i just don't remember how to get the other one...
