there must be a programmatic way, instead of just storing each IP adress in
a database.
I just can't imagine that almost everything on the internet is pure logic
which can be access and changed by code, but the IP country origin is
something which is stored by some compony for which you have to pay. I mean,
why don't they let us pay for DNS lookup, or WHOIS lookup?
