Just an FYI, I pushed out releases for Adapter Extensions (0.5) and ActiveWarehouse-ETL (0.9.1) last night. I also updated the web site to replace references to the old SVN repo with references to the Github repo.
I'm going to try to dedicate a little time in the next couple weeks to write a new tutorial.
