Attention ACUPA Members:

At the October 2013 ACUPA Conference, a business meeting was held to discuss 
the future of our organization.  By overwhelming majority, the members present 
agreed to submit to the membership a proposal for incorporation of ACUPA.   
Your input is requested regarding the future of ACUPA as a professional 
organization.

Benefits of incorporating include:
*the ability to establish bylaws for governance
*providing rules for membership
*opening up leadership opportunities to all members
*spreading financial burden fairly among all participants
*providing a mechanism for collaborative decision-making
*transacting business in ACUPA's name
*protecting members from liability in connection with the organization's 
activities

The survey will remain open for one week - closing at noon (12:00 p.m. CST) on 
Monday, November 25, 2013.
