We previously retired the student policy when it was absorbed into our general one for employees, but our new Title IX coordinator tells us that the OCR (Office of Civil Rights) requires a specific one for students. I am attaching the model policy that the University of Texas has on their website and that we are using for our template. The model policy is a 2012 document and may not reflect current OCR criteria. That is being reviewed.
