Hi Lynda, JWU has a Property Use and Donations Policy that addresses the use of our facilities and property by external constituents. There is a separate procedure in place for internal university community use that is not captured in my repository. I have attached the externally focused policy for your review. Because we have a multi-campus system there are slight variances in each campus's operations; therefore, we decided to forgo specific procedures and included campus contact information instead. Each campus contact has been trained as necessary to handle such inquiries and were given more detailed procedural documents to help them navigate through requests.
I hope this helps. Best, Jayne M. I am developing a policy that dictates how events are booked and rooms reserved on campus. This could be by either an internal or external stakeholder. Anyone have a policy they are willing to share? I need something very basic. Thank you! Lynda Lloyd, M.Ed., P.H.R.
