We provide for disclosure to parents:  To parents or legal guardians of a
Student, information regarding any violation of federal, state, or local
law, or of any rule or policy of the institution, governing the use or
possession of alcohol or a controlled substance if the Student is under the
age of 21 and the University has determined that the Student has committed
a disciplinary violation with respect to such use or possession.

Purchasing credit cards - https://www.oakland.edu/policies/1020   Prohibits
purchase of alcohol on a university p-card

Policy for risk management and insurance - https://www.oakland.edu/1050
University drivers must be approved; there are driver restrictions - The
University has a zero tolerance for the use of alcohol and/or illegal drugs
or substances.

The university police department has a body of ordinance related to
alcohol:  http://www.oakland.edu/ordinances Chapter 5.  The Student Code of
Conduct relates back to the police ordinances.
