Good morning,

Rachel, here is the University of New Mexico Regents' policy for honorary
degrees: http://policy.unm.edu/regents-policies/section-1/1-6.html .

Kate, here is our current University of New Mexico Administrative policy on
Campus Violence: http://policy.unm.edu/university-policies/2000/2210.html . We
are in the process of revising this policy, but at present there is reference
to weapons on campus in Section 2.1 of this policy.

I hope this is helpful,
Bonnie Leigh

Colleagues -

Looking for good sample policies that address the issue of weapons on campus,
whether with respect to campus constituencies (faculty, staff, students) or
guests (attending events, in facilities, etc).

If you email directly to me at
[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> I am happy to
compile list for other interested parties to not bombard the list serv.

Thanks,
Kate
