I am currently apart of the ACUPA organization representing University of the Pacific and my title is Business Policies and Procedures Specialist. I am also apart of the Exploratory Committee within the ACUPA organization. My position is fairly new and is currently under review to determine potential changes, additions, subtractions in my responsibilities as well as pay grade level. Because my position is so unique and there aren't others to compare it to at our institution, I was tasked to conduct my own research on positions similar to mine at other institutions, including but not limited to job responsibilities, hierarchy (whom that position reports to), pay range (not exact), etc. If any of you who do not manage staff could provide any non-confidential information, that would be of great assistance to me.
