Hi Heather,

The University of Washington has two documents:

* A Washington Administrative Code rule that details how the UW works
within the state's alcohol permits and licenses: WAC 478-136-041 Alcohol
Beverage
Policy<http://www.washington.edu/admin/rules/policies/WAC/478-136-041.html>; and

* An Administrative Policy Statement that explains how this works for
campus event coordinators: APS 13.9 Serving and Sale of Alcoholic Beverages at
University
Facilities<http://www.washington.edu/admin/rules/policies/APS/13.09.html>

Both have been recently updated, but I will note that Washington State seems
heavily regulated in this regard.

My best,

Rebecca

Subject: [acupa-l] Entertainment policy

Good afternoon,

We are planning to draft an entertainment policy that addresses serving alcohol
at events both on and off campus. Anything you'd be willing to share would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Heather
