Hi Kim,

We just finalized our policy in March of this year. The UT System has an online
reporting mechanism that includes a publicly accessible database that will
contain all managed COI's. Our scope is significantly broader than in previous
versions.

Conflicts of Interest, Conflicts of Commitment, and Outside Activities:

Subject: [acupa-l] Conflict of Interest Policies

Hello,

I am currently conducting research on Conflict of Interest policies for small,
private, non-profit, non-research universities, specifically how they deal with
Conflict of Interest for Regents, staff, and faculty.

If your institution meets the criteria above and you have any information or
examples of these policies, I'd greatly appreciate any feedback you may have.

Thank you,
