ACUPA members: we are starting a project to develop a policy regarding assessment of student learning outcomes. I would appreciate references to any similar policies at your institutions.
Also, as part of developing the policy, we contemplate preparing a "white paper" for communicating with our faculty and academic administrators about the project and implementation of the new policy. I would also appreciate references to any such "white papers"/ slide presentations or similar materials that might be useful in such a policy development rollout project for this new policy on learning outcomes assessment. In particular most helpful might be materials from institutions that have developed policies for purposes of accreditation reviews with our same regional accreditor---Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) .
