Subject: [acupa-l] Department and School Chair/Head Search and Selection

Good morning colleagues,

I'm working on a policy revision for the "search and selection of
department/school chairs or heads."

Does anybody have a model policy you would like to share? I'm specifically
looking for an effective way to discuss when it is appropriate for faculty to
vote on a rotating department chair versus when it is appropriate for the Dean
to make the final hiring decision based on faculty input.

Thanks,
Sunny
