Meg,

So glad you enjoyed the 2014 ACUPA Conference and were able to take some new
strategies back with you. Your kinds words are greatly appreciated.

With regard to your e-list post, here are several webpages that may provide
some related ideas related to your three areas. While the hyperlinks are to
sections of our General Information Catalog (GIC) not our official "policy"
handbook, the GIC conveys the way UT Austin operates with regard to issues you
asked about.

1. Student Admissions
   Refer to our General Information
Catalog<http://catalog.utexas.edu/pdf/2014-15-generalinformation.pdf>, pgs.
19-33

2. Student Academic & Service Organizations
Refer to General Information Catalog, Appendix C., Sec. 6 on Student
Organizations<http://catalog.utexas.edu/general-information/appendices/appendix-c/>

3. Student Administrative Appeals (bill, financial aid, grades...)
      Refer to our General Information
Catalog<http://catalog.utexas.edu/pdf/2014-15-generalinformation.pdf> - run a
find/word search using "appeal"

Hope to see you again at our next ACUPA conference!

Candice

Subject: [acupa-l] .::ACUPA 2014 Conference::. & of course policy requests

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to put it out there - - - The ACUPA 2014 Conference in Orlando was
fantastic! Hats off to ACUPA's new Board and the conference organizing
committee! What a job well done. I arrived back in Southern New Jersey
vindicated, validated, and ready to plow ahead in policy land with a renewed
plan of attack. That said, I am looking for policy samples in the following
policy areas:

1. Student Admissions
2. Student Academic & Service Organizations
3. Student Administrative Appeals (bill, financial aid, grades...)

Thanks ACUPA for the continued support and policy guidance.
