I have heard back from the EACUBO contact and they have fixed the problem -
make sure you print of the certificate with the correct number!

Subject: [acupa-l] CPE Credits?

I just logged in to view my CPE credits for the conference. I'm a little
confused by it - it says I earned 12. 5 CPE credits on my certificate, but when
you click on the EACUBO Annual Meeting, it says I earned 3.50 more (but is not
assigned a field of study). How do I get those 3.5 hours to be reflected on my
certificate.

Does anyone have any insight to this? I am required to have 30 hours of PD per
year and I want every hour to count!!

Thanks in advance.
